The North East Inclusive Dance Network (NEIDN) brings together like-minded artists, practitioners and organisations who are interested in supporting and developing dance for and with people with a disability, with a particular focus on those with a learning disability. Children and Young People's Dance Network 

The aim of the Children and Young People’s Dance Network North is to offer networking opportunities, co-ordinate training and professional development sessions to dance artists that work in the field of young people's dance across the north.

The network is led by a consortium of Children and Young People’s Dance stakeholders from across the North. They have formed the Strategic Action Group. There are 3 co-chairs; The Lowry, NSCD and Tin Arts. The SAG is currently made up of the Bridge organisations Cape UK and Curious Minds, Dance City, Cheshire Dance, Ludus Dance, Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Tin Arts, The Lowry, Yorkshire Dance and 1 Independent working in the field of dance Pete Huggins (Gateway Studio Project, Gateshead).

By working together we will ensure children and young people have the same opportunities wherever they live.

Mission We will create more, diverse and high quality dance opportunities for children and young people in the North

Aim 1: Broaden the offer to children and young people through collaboration

Aim 2: Strengthen the voice of the sector to advocate and promote dance. Strengthen the sector by championing and celebrating achievement of great work happening within children and young people’s dance across the North
